Representative is required to train on our operating system to enter customer information schedule appointments.
Representative is required to observe our general pest service. This allows a better understanding of the service.
Representative solicits sales in our service area through their friends family and social media.
Representative operates as an independent contractor and is issued a 1099 form.
Representative paid $75 for each serviced & current customer sold in the pay period

Church and 501c3 non profits program
This is a referral program allowing all members to participate. Members simply purchase and/or refer our recurring pest control services. Your church or 501c3 non profit will receive $50 for each serviced and current recurring referral. A 5% residual will also be paid as long as the referral is an active and current customer. this generates ongoing funds for your church or non profit.
EXAMPLE:
100 Referrals $5000
Average residuals for 100 referrals $175 monthly
Groups and organizations program

START ROUTE SERVICE SPECIALIST
Our intentions for the start route specialist is to advance specialist to the next available regular route. Specialist are not guaranteed the regular route position. Performance dictates advancement to permanent regular route. Service specialist are required to assist in building and maintaining route customer base. Service specialist are paid $50 per serviced and current sale in a pay period.
Base pay $400 bi-weekly
$10 per stop in a pay period
$2 per stop over 60 in a pay period
Sales pay does not affect base pay stop pay does apply
